does anyone no how i can either:

1) unlock the car when it is running using the keyfob, as i want to get rid of the door pins and at the moment these are the only way of getting out without turning off the ignition.

2) disable this feature completely, which i dont really want to do.

ur better off reading ur manual m8 as it will tell u how to diable the auto lock/anti hijack facility. ive got this alarm on mine and am sure it tells u

on my car it locks when i drive off, and then unlocked when turn ignition off or when i turn interior light on

on mine it locks the doors on start up, but then i just unlock it from the drivers side if i need to!

Are u talking bout blackjax, or the auto locking feature?

If your talking about the auto feature that comes std on all cliffords, then u cannot open the doors using the key fob once ur in and the ignition is on, unless u turn the ignition off.

You can disable the feature using a smart link cable, or u can do it via a sequence of buttons on the fob (dealers shud know it)

yea, im talkin about the auto locking feature. i just wanted a way of unlocking it without turning off the ignition or using the the door pin as i wanna get rid of this.

i guess ill have to just disarm it

You can definatly do it. Look at the table in the back of the manual. Sequence of presses with the blank key and the * key
