Don't see why i should, my boss got made redundant and i took on loads of work for the same money, i am on my own most the day. My days are coming to a end

My argument was, i do what i have to with detail and with quality. I'm punctial and well presented. When i resign i will note down the reasons, it will cause a storm.

I smile as I love the fact people think I work really hard when infact I just make things easier and complete my tasks faster than everybody else.

I don't even have a team leader who asks me what I'm doing, I am just left to my own devices.

At my last appraisal i was told that my technical ability to do my job was fine however my attitude was wrong. So i made enquiries re my attitude and the general gist of what i got was "you dont smile", "you always look miserable", my job was on the line for this i was told unless i changed my attitude i would not get through my probation.

i always say if you want 2 see me smile wait by the door at 5 when i'm going home. No one who works with me has a problem bcoz i'm good at what i do and help people here. People who put money into the company expect to see a happy and cheerful workplace when ive never had a payrise and my boss got made redundant along with others. PMSL ill show enthusiasm looking for a new job.
