My mate is on about gettin an old standard 1.2 for cheap and makin it a 2.0 beast!
How much wud it cost for the conversion including breaks and suspension etc.
He's got some Pro Race 1's already so doesnt need new wheels.
Wud it be a lot faster than a tuned 1.6?

u2u beardy or leemitchell they're the best guys for the job!! Think your looking on around 1600 notes for a "drive in - drive out" conversion, then a set of decent shocks & springs and 2lt brakes prob around 300 notes at most

1500 for conversion, 60 for brakes 90-800 for suspension
faster than a tuned 1.6, depends on how tuned it is?

So basically £2k all in?
Tuned 1.6 is basically gonna be mine...exhaust filter and inlet manifold.

yes 2.0 will be quicker due to much more torque

One day I home a 2lt conversion for the Corsa C will be that cheap costs about 4.5k at the moment
