i have full ms office here, but im sure u need 2 buy it seperatly? used to use it on my old PC for college and i cant for the life of me remember where I got it. how mucho?

hey mate, vb comes wiv word/excel etc. there is also full editions for writing programs tht u can buy like vb7 etc

yes its the full edition i need, not just the bits added into excell etc, thought i was cracking up

you get VBA with office

for actual VB you need to get a hold of Visual Studio

you can get a version of VB off of the Microsoft website for free, not very good version all you can do it write you cant make a final .exe :s

ill take a look, has2 be same version as the one she uses at college (4 my lass), ill have 2 ask her first as she needs 2 make exe's

i used to write things at home then take them into college and make the final exe there, coz you can test it all without making the final bit

can u save the test version as some sort of file and save it to disk, then open it up in another version?

you got broadhband mate, because i may be able to send you a full copy of vb if ya connection is fast enough, obvioulsy you would need to register it later for a price, as i dont condone pirate software in the least

PS: this will be the one you need as its the one i use for my college class to

yes i used to love working in VB, but now i work with C++ the limits are endless VB is restrictive
