why bother adding more stuff. Sell the parts you have then sell the car. I think you would be looking at a lot of money to get the GT to 200bhp. For that, you would need hybrid, uprated intercooler etc etc. Lot of money involved. Again, speak to vibrio as im not even sure what they are standar, think its something like 120 or around that anyway.

i would find it hard to believe you will get a reliable 200bhp. Im sure they have pretty much similar power to the uno turbo's and my mate has 177bhp in one of them. Not the most reliable and not much more he can do to it either. Cost him a lot of money too so far.
For 200bhp imo you will need :
Upgraded brakes
Turbo back exhaust
Closed induction kit
Complete remap
Big hybrid turbo
Intercooler
suspension upgrade
bigger wheels (you will be spinning all day long with standard)
upgraded fuel pump
plugs/leads
port polish etc etc
Lot of money involved there, im sure vibrio will correct my errors

unless standard power i wouldnt think any turbo car has much reliability once played with, i spent 2000quid on my r5gt's engine, dont get me wrong it was stupidly quick but still went bang again needing more bottom end work, id think that punto gt's are the same in reliability terms!

For 200bhp imo you will need :
downpipe back exhaust £350
boost controller £15-£400
induction kit £45
SEB4 remap £265
IHI hybrid turbo £720
FMIC Intercooler £350
upgraded fuel pump £190
FSE Valve £105
POTR Head £600 euros
Possible cam £250
Plus fitting
Lot of money involved there, im sure vibrio will correct my errors
thats reliable assuming the turbo holds
that will be 15sish to 100mph. without head and cam your looking at around 185hpish

Cant remember how muh I spent but it had 180bhp & 170lb/ft.
1/4 mile time of 14.8, would have been better but fluffed 3rd to 4th & crossed the line in neutral at a lowly 83mph
