no as i didnt fall awkwardly i just stretched it n then it snapped, thats what u get for playing 6-a-side on wet astroturf, alan smith(ex england physio ) has a physio place in my village and hes gunna sort me out hopefully

Kills dont it, i ripped all my ligaments in my ankle and chipped all bones, now i was in pain SO much was about 5 months till it was properly better at least. Motorbikes for ya

when i was 16 the doctor told me to stop playing ice hockey or i wouldnt be able to walk by 21. every time i straightend my right leg my kneecap popped out of its sockett!

i know how ya feel i have only got one holdmy knee together i snapped 3 of mine when i dislocated my knee it bent back wards and twisted 180 degrees

I know how u feel mate, ive done exactly same Playin 5-a-side slipped and did same been out 5 month NOW be rite soon

i have done the same thing in my right knee.....

in plaster for 8 weeks....then i had shit loads of physio-theorpy.

you wont be actually able to bend your knee....then slowly week after week you will get some movement.

BUT MAKE SURE YOU DO YOUR EXCERSICES MATE
