how would i go about skimming the whole door card with filler so i can spray it? has anyone tried this before?am i likely to get some major cracking! i was thinking of just scoring the whole card with a stanley knife all over then building up a few thin coats till i get the right shape,then just flat it all down as normal? any ideas?

im thinking fibreglass sheeting first for more strength?

fibreglass sheeting, there was the jvc defo corsa at maxpower london done like this, and they had cracked all over the place, mind you, they hadnt removed the material first.

what else can i do to give them more strength kris? im gonna try the fronts then if they go well ill do the rears,just thought it would be something different!

dunno, speak to pete (from ware) he is making some door cards at the mo, blending the bins onto the actual card, im not too sure what he is exactly doing though.

y dont u just rib off the fabric, clean up wotever it is like underneath and then spray this?

u no it wont crack and its pretty minimal effort

will be all bobbly though mate and paint will soak into fabric.

its a wierd material under the fabric mate,m2rv h, how do you suggest i do it? 20 coats of high build primer!lol
