It's called a Work Request Analyst basically a mini Change Management role.

I used to b an Analyst....!! I found no one thanked me, and only moaned wen something went wrong even if was 95% good work and 5% tits up

i walk around the office always someone complaining, but if they say hello and i dont reply they think im in a bad mood and i get a quiet day, its great that shmikles!!

I just co-ordinate moves, add software order new equipment and all that so can stay at my desk 70% of the time, so just whack the phone on divert = Quiet day
