apparently the judge was to harsh
am not that much racist but....
if it was an english or british born person then would we not have got done for manslaughter?
not only was this illegal immigrant not spose to be even in this country..
he didnt have..MOT..INSURANCE..LICENSE..etc etc
makes you think whats the fukin point in payin tax to the government just ot see immigrants get off like that

dunno if been said or not...
but judge wasnt too harsh
he gave 8 months for leaving the scene of an accident, and the max penalty is 6 months, hense why it was reduced by 2 months

i feel sorry for the kids family was bad enuff when the judge gave him only 2 years and now its 2 months less, just shows how much worth the courts put on a human life.
Dont think they should bother putting him in prison just costs us the taxpayer more money i think they should just deport him get the plane 40-50,000 feet up and chuck him out with no parachute
