try spy-bot as well, as it picks things up that ad-aware doesnt

I downloaded some free thing called Spy Hunter 5.0 recently, it's very good and shows you installed spyware software as well as dodgy registry entries etc. (dunno if Ad-Aware does this also?).

yesh ad-aware scans the registry
