Worse if you dont have bouncers, because then you get landlords and staff taking the law into their own hands and doing crazy things, a least a doorman has guidelines and a code of conduct to follow. After 2 years behind a bar then 4 years on the door people nicking shite is definately a problem, paintings, toilet door signs, hand dryer (yes seriously). You wouldnt like it if someone nicked stuff from your pub would you?
