Hmm i dont like that much, but a nicely done shop m8.
Looks like it has a bit of a thick lip, maybe if the middle vent was bigger it might look ok, BUT i do like my steiny grill.

not too hard - I had the grill of the predator front on mine smoothed away and it had to basically be cut in half and re - fibreglassed togheter to get it to fit - so what ur doing or thinking about sholdnt be too hard for a decent bodyshop
