what can i use so me and my sister cant hear each other through the wall between out rooms, without taking the wall down and putting more insulation in?! I heard her having sex the other night, and not just bed noised. I was NOT pleased by this. then she had the cheek of telling me to shut up last night when i was talking to a mate!
