if it's a corsa c then yes it's a common fault on them

Yup VERY common, it could be the universal joint at the bottom. Ring the Vauxhall Recall line and find out if yours is in the recall they had because they fitted faulty steering components to a LOT of corsa B and C's...

My car was in for a new steering column last week. Its the 3rd one believe it or not and the new one knocks worse than the last.
As soon as get enough money together I'm selling this piece of shit.
