I was just thinking earlyer and if i brought a motorbike speedo is there any way I could attach it to work on my pedal bike? I just fell like mucking around with my pedal bike, would this work. If so what bits would I need?

Im expecting alot or replys like this

motorbike one wouldnt work so buy a pedal bike one.

Motorbike speed would probably work off the gearbox same as a car one. Be very difficult to fit.

The best sort for a push bike is the magnet type that you attach to the fork and a spoke - no friction.

theres 'nuff room in a bike gearbox for a speedo

My old motor bike had the spedo located on the front hub. It had a little driver on the hub and a cable going to the speedo. There would be no room to fit the driver onto a push bike hub, unless you got one that was designed to hold a front disk brake... Even then it would need loadsa modding!
