right i have got a worm on my pc at the moment called nachi b can wot type of program will get rid of this? Is a spyware program the best if so where can i get a free version of it??

Nachi B is a virus, not spyware

My avg anti virus says i have got it but if i download the one off the link trottyjust gave me it says i dont?
