This is true, different fittings depending on engine, core is same size though.

It will cope with the cooling no problem yes, I'm just not sure if all the connections for the hoses will be in the right place.
It could be got around easily enough if they arent though.

Yeah, I don't see why not. The hoses may match up, the variants on EPC may just be for models with air con. I'll try and get a parts catalogue off my brother to compare.

Radiators,

Clicked on petrol and it has every corsa petrol engine listed next to the 1 rad

Yeah, but they could be in a different place if you know what I mean.
When fitting a 2ltr one of the connections is on the wrong side alltogether iirc, hence why there is a motorbike fork leg running across the front of mine!
I cant see this being the same on a Corsa though, they should be on the same side at least.

You might aswell suck it and see, if it doesn't meet up and you can't mod pipes to fit (I find this highly unlikely) then you may have to get a GSi rad.
Its got to be worth trying it with the existing one first though, you have nothing to lose.

I keep meaning to get one but I'm not sure which one to get. You can get em off E-Bay fairly cheap.
