Been trying to get me bird to download msn messenger so we can cut our phone bills down and i gotta say its one of the most stressful things i've ever done 
It got so bad I said to ring me back when its finished downloading but she kept pressing all th wrong things and couldnt describe what was in front of her
Cant wait until i have to explain how to use the damn thing....

i know quite a bit about computers and stuff, but when people dont understand, i lose my temper so easily! Could never work on help desk cos id end up being rude to the people!

where i work we dont have to be polite so miuch at the end of the day were there to sort the problems and politness doesnt get it fixed.

 i shout at my aunty when she uses my Pc coz she aint got the slightest on what she's doin or what she's clicking on, i tried once to show her how to use it n how to work certain programs she may need but that resulted in her throwing stuff at me lol

I hate helping people with PC stuff... I have no time lol... I had to stop my supported sessions at work cos I told an old lady that she needs to buy one of those little kiddies fisher price laptop things and learn that before she uses my PC's lol.
