Have u got microfilters on EVERY single phone on same number? IF not then yeah

you need to configure Norton for access defaults then will run fine.

opne the internet security part and allow the access defaults for each prog.

Not having a filter on an analogue phone-handset on the same line will normally cut the broadband-circuit off when it's picked up or rings......never heard of it just slowing things down before!
