I curently have the F1's fitted but was wondering if anyone has used both tyres and if so which is better?

i have used both and i prefer my AVS sports. the good year seems to be a harder compund and i have noticed a change int he level of traction i get @ launch.

changing back next time my tyres are due

AVs sports were also noticbly better in the wet too and my AVS sports lasted a fair while too

AVS sport do wear quicker but they exceed the level of grip that most other tyres can reach.

i have just got brand new 215/40/17 F1's on my astra

well happy with them - nice thread pattern as well
