Ive got standard 14inch wheels and standard suspension,but have no idea what size wheels fit without rubbing. And I want to lower it around 30-40mm and again dont know which kit to go for. Any help would be great

16 inch wheels from 42-49ET should be fine on 35-40mm drop, any bigger drop or wheel size and u may get some scrubage

yeah but how wide say would it be 195/45 16 or would 205? fit
