I'm thinking or getting a twin exit exhaust system and the bloke at the exhuast place said they would run two pipes from the front of the car and out the back, so i would basically have two systems..

Would this therefore decrease back pressure and would this slow me down?? The car is a 1.6 Sport btw.

the guys at p&p know their stuff mate!! Dont think two pipes is exactly what he meant, they will split the pipe further down the system and run one pipe either side so both boxes are in full use

i can see wot he is askin though!!!

performance cars run a single exit from the manifold with no cat for optimum performance

wot darren wants to know is do u lose any by havin dual exit!!

i think it was a sensible question
