I got a documentary on my PC called why dogs smile and chimpanzees cry. Very interesting, but it doesnt tell me why dogs sneeze when they are excited!

I would like to suggest it is because they raise their lips and cause snot to run down their nasal cavity. sneezing removes this. another possiblity is that it's a nervous stimulation
