I have the following 168-pin SDRAM dimms for sale:

Kingston ValueRam PC133 256MB - 2 available, perfect, £30 each
(current ebuyer and dabs price £50 each)

NCP PC133 256MB - 1 available, perfect, £25

IBM 256MB PC133 - 1 available, perfect, £35
(very high quality, IBM server grade - nobody else makes memory as good as this)

IBM 128MB PC100 - 2 available, perfect, £15 each
(very high quality, IBM server grade)
NB I've tested these in a Pentium 3 box running at 133 MHz FSB,
they work perfectly
