Not sure if my comment is welcome but i really dont like the look of the front of that corsa. The mesh ruins it in my opinion.
Save 100quid and fork out some money for a proper grill

IMO the grill is great, but it seems to be fraying and looking a bit old. Maybe if u give it a poilish or a lick of paint it would look good. I'd say colour code it to the car and it would look much more sleek.
Good job in making it tho all it needs is a wee bit of maintenance.
Whered u buy your grill from sxfer? I bought one from germany from a seller on ebay by searching for grill and using the "items available to united kingdom" option. I had to transfer the money to germany which is usually about £20 but i can get it for a 5er if anyone wants me to do it for them. damn germans wont take paypal. grrrr. including delivery my grill cost £29 for one of those with no "v". Cheapest i could find it for in the uk was £60.
not a bad saving

Ok, Perhaps its worded wrong
I didn't mean your saving yourself 100quid by bodging a max power diy grill
I meant buy a good looking grill from lexmaul etc for 100quid and do the job properly
