If that is correct, the latest Audi TT / A3 (3.2 v6) is of similar performance around the 6.5 mark.

sounds good!!
My ITR managed 6.23 a couple days ago, with runs of 6.26 and 6.32 to back it up..
None of them were brilliant runs either.. I reckon I can hit a 6.0 dead..
Thats on 17's as well

i think i "may" have a good chance of beating corb and fad up the strip mainy because they can't get any traction

Nahh u wont beat fad, F16 + 15" wheels. He should have you.
Against me though, now that would be interesting over the 1/4. I'll need some new rubber first Fads should be doing 14.6-14.9 if he drives it right!
Corbs will still be down in the 15"s due to teh size n weight of the wheels.
Still, i think some of us boys n girls need another RR day done, and a trip to the Pod one weekend.
I'll look into doing it soon. Northampton Msport is a treck, but their rollers are very very good.

My 1.6 8v 106 Rallye has done a 15.074 @93.4mph best SQM.
You 2.0 16v Corsa folks really need to pull your finger out.

Yeah, like i say, crap starts really, like JR said, traction especially on shitty budget Nankangs
Was timed using a Gtech, supposedly accurate to 1/10th of a second.
Daimo, place over the Island(Isle of Sheppey) apparantly has a really good rolling road, but cant remember the name of the place off the top of my head. Also, there's Sumo Power who have a rolling road and CPL who are really good(theyve just supercharged a typeR). Wouldnt mind RR day, just to see what mines actually running.
And vibs, no. Using a similar road to steve, it reckons i did a 13.6 1/4 @ about 110mph!!
I would put some 16's on it, but couldnt cos it'd sit too damn low, bloody stupid bodykits !!!!
