"Colt's energetic 1.5-litre multi-valve engine produces 72kW/132Nm through the front wheels, a worthy increase over the Jazz 1.3-litre's 61kW/119Nm outputs, so we're not surprised it's a better match for a CVT. Power is delivered smoothly and there's little engine noise.

Even at high revs, the Colt boasts superb refinement and the engine has good pick-up from low down in the rev range. Though the zero-to-100kmh time of 11.1 seconds won't win it any traffic light GPs, it's quite quick off the mark for a small CVT car"
