How do you find out what pressure your tyres have to be when you change your wheels?

I have just put 17's on, is it just going to be the same pressure as the standard wheels were?

I phoned vauxhall for my tyre psi mate!

But I'm pretty sure it'll be different from standards as they're bigger, etc!
