Well if on a motorway you should only be doing 70mph even you should know this.

You shouldnt be blocking the fast lane if your not over taking anyway...

I was over taking another car. it was doing slightly slower speeds than me so I was taking my time to get by. I did not want to go faster than 70mph. I was not the only car he did this too

Or maybe the driver recognised you from a previous incident when he drove a BMW and you had swerved towards his lane as you took a digital photo of him while passing.
