Here u go guys just a basic guide for ne one who cares! did this in a 2 days startin at one finishin bout 4 , ull need a jigsaw and a sander is handy! and of course some swear words like fork and shizim! o and take the back plastic bits out the boot otherwise ull fuk em up from scrapin them so much!

This is how it starts i got the idea of cardboard from another post by some geezer on here good idea mate u basically sit in the boot with a pen card ans a stanly knife to get the template, u can use the carpet in the boot for the back piece of MDF

As u gather u cant stick the wood as one piece in the car it just wont happen! so i chose to spilt it horizontaly so i got two piece of MDF stuck em together on the floor and stuck the template on top and use tack nails to hold it in place then drew round it being careful not to shunt the wood!

This is the front piece where the rear seats used to sit nice n easy not to much hassle, notice the non abvious advertsment of haynes there

To get the floor to sit nicely all u need is some 4 x 1 and screw it and the back of the first bit of MDF u dunt need some at the front due to the nature of how the car is made use a spirit level t get it sweet, n counter sink the screws so the carpet sits nice n smooth

Here is the wood on the underside u need two pieces on the boot pice of MDF so it sits level again counter sink the screws and that.

Here is all done not i can carpet the mofo but gunna make the boot build first so i dunt ruin the carpet!
