Well i see there is a negative PVD thread so i feel its fair for there to be a positive PVD thread.
I have used them and have no complaints, i'd use them again

They didnt have my item in stock but i did recieve a phone call when they came in. So i ordered it then instead.

they didnt have my lights in stock but the day they said they would have them in they rang me at 5pm that night, the lights came the next day

I was having real problems finding locking wheel nuts last september as my alloys are rather strange (not the same fitment as most uk alloys) was looking around for the nuts for a couple of weeks untill i was introduced to PVD, had a chat with one of the fellas there (think it was phil..Not sure) and had difficulties explaining to him whatt i needed, sent a few pics via e-mail and the return communication was excellent, after a day or so they managed to sourcesomething that would be suitable and got them off to me. recieved the couple days later. subsequently i have bought a few bits and pieces from them and never had a problem.

bought various things..
front lights
rear lights
aerial
momo stuff and a few more..etc etc..
never ordered bumpers etc....
all came quickly..found them friendly and helpful.....
I will use them again till I have a problem....

Personally I have never had a problem, although I haven't used them for a while so can't comment some of the recent posts on here.
I'm sure that Pete and Vicky do try and do their best - just hope they can resolve any problems that there may be at the moment

i've used em for a few bits never had a problem.
couple of sets of lights/ filters/shocks. not a prob at all. freindly service, prompt delivery.
ordered deitrich bumper and ms design spoiler from them on seperate occasions which were also fine. took a few weeks to arrive because they were special order from germany and belgium, but i'm patient and waiting for a foreign product doesn't bother me whatsoever.
actually, come to think of it i've had 2 deitrich fronts from there. dave sorted the first, then pete the second iirc.
read a few bad reports, but will continue to use them untill i receive bad customer service personally.

they sometimes take long because they get the stuff from other people.....my apex springs took a while because they had to get imported from germany.....ive bought loads from dem! no real problems
