Any recommendation for some sort of wireless hardware?? I wanna run my broadband connection from downstairs living room to my bedroom...through 2 ceilings...not a massive distance...I know Netgear do decent kits...just wondering if anyone uses on and has an opinion??

None, it's so unreliable, our stuff always crashes and stops working. The reception we get is very poor too, there is so much interfearence for no particular reason, we have done some tests to... I am a firm beliver in wires...

yeah.... mate at uni has tried to link a few things together with wireless stuff.... keeps disconnecting and that which is a pain in the arse!

I've set the Netgear kit up in a house before for the same sort of thing and it seemed fine.
Not really played with that sort of thing in huge depth though

Our two PCs share our broadband connection wirelessly. We don't use a router.
We used to have one PC up, one down and it also worked. We live in a detached house - no interference. Don't know if that makes a difference.

There's an option of running your network through your houses existing wiring you could try that
