Ive been told by both PVD and Tuning.co.uk that production of the clear 5 door lights has stopped, but are there any places that still have stocks or can still get them? PVD say they theyre gonna start making them again but they don't know when .

leicester motor factors, carisma, loads of places do.
they are crap fit though, i had to use the standard rubbers cos the ones supplied where far too big, plus had to glue the lenses back on cos they kept falling off.

Ive tried carisma and they're out. Does anyone have any pics of the Lexus style ones on a car? I'm not sure what I think of them but I don't know what they actually look like on the car.
I'll have to put up with the poor fit just to ditch my standard ones
does leicester motor factors have a website?

lear lights will look pap.
Buy a tint spray can from halfords and try to block off indicator orange colour and be left with just clear bit for your reverse lights! Will look class!
Clear lights are very outdated and look silly now IMO

Agreed, their is nothing available on the market that suits the 5 door other than standard really. My car is arden blue and the standard rears are fine for me.

Two things stop me from doing this, 1) The roads round here are bad, and when I say bad I mean beyond bad. Just having 45 profile tires makes the ride so hard its painfull. and 2) I got quoted £200 to have suspension put on my insurance, so thats £250 for the shocks and £200 every year afterwards, really not worth it.
Cheers for the help tho guys

change your insureance dude! £200 WTF. Also as your NCB increases your insurance will decrease I pay £690 full comp all mods declaired - 3yrs NCB. Fair point about bad roads though, cant really drive on owt but smooth tarmac with mine.

I'm 21 still on a provisional licence with a 1.4 spi Fully Comp and paying £1065 + £250 extra for my alloys with £250 compulsary excess (if its my own fault, dont have to pay if its fire/theft) with £200 voluntry excess. Thats with Tesco and it was the cheepest quote I got. Bit of a bad do really.
The real laugh is some of the quotes they gave me for mods:
Alloys: £250 for upto £2000 worth of alloys
Induction kit: £200 regardless of what kind (they don't even ask)
Suspension: £200 regardless of lowering/uprated/just springs or springs and dampers, etc.
Exhaust: £170 and again they don't even ask what kind it is, I could put a cheep backbox on or a complete stainless system and it would still be £170.
So Tesco are cheep for the basic cover but an absolute ripoff if you wanna mod your motor
