more details mate...like amp model/make etc A picture would help and what the question is in english

You talking about high level inputs (as in speaker wire in puts) and low level inputs (RCAs)?
Or are you chatting about power, black being negative and red being positive?

The red and black sockets are the low level inputs. High level inputs will usually be similar to speaker terminals, or the amp may come with its own specific plug which you would wire to the speaker wires your using as the input.
