When you write to them to declare mods, have they writen back at all??

Wrote to them about two weeks ago to declare my mods and havnt heard anything so i guess all's allrite!

And i have to send my v5 off straight away after a change of colour yes?

Yeah called them ages ago and they said send a letter and they did.

Just wondering if anyone has had a letter back to confirm they got the letter.

With CIS btw.

i called cis earlier bout my mods - just said take pictures of car and write whats been done and as long as doesnt increase performance then wont affect premium....but this might well be coz im only 3rd party

even when I have added things I phone them up tell them then they ask for it in writting so i send it off. they sent the updated cover note

When I phoned CIS to declair my mod's they sent a guy out to my house to update my policy.
He also had a look at the car while he was out, sound old guy too.
