i ust to weigh 12stone when i was training at the gym
now i stopped training coz i was doing constant day shift and i like to go to gym through day time doing 4pm-12am mon-fri in july for a yr so back to the gym cant wait and i can go for firebrigade afta i have been for a couple of months get my fitness back
i now weigh 10 and a half stone am wasting away

Normally if you train a lot you will lose weight and gain chub with lack of training, i play a lot of football but do upper body and leg weights heavy duty 3 or 4 times a week in with my stamina training, every time i pick up an injury for more than 2 weeks i will lose bout half a stone easily and get a fat belly, cos i eat so much shit
