I havent bought corsa yet but I started working on mods 
I found on net original scaned dash from corsa (I hope so) and redesigned it a bit. You can print it on inkjet on glossy paper or even beter take it to somo photo printing store and ask them to print it like a classic photo (but not to resize the image). Only problem that is EPS, airbag, and seat belt lights, but you can try flattening back side of a paper with nife or scalpel...
I don't have corsa yet until tuesday when I will buy it, but I guess it will fit...
