Im with t-mobile at the moment on the 300mins a month plan £29 and pay £10 for an extra 200txts... Total cost = £39 but i always run out of mins and txts and the bill ends up being over £50.
I am thinking bout going with orange 200mins and 500txt £30 a month.... that will defo be enough txt, but will be losing mins - dont/cant afford my bills to be more than £50 a month so advice please
Which network and tarif would be best....??

to be honest mate, if you limit is 50 quid, then i would personally get a PAYG sim...like O2 genie package Wack 10 quid on there everymonth and you will get 300 txt free...and the other 40 quid can be spent on calls, which is alot of calls mate Might work out cheaper than a contract.
Although, it will mean that you will have to get the 6600 from ebay or sim free...with the latter being the most expensive, since you can pick 6600 up from ebay NEW for about 180-240 quid
And yesh, the 6600 is a MINT fone im thinking about getting one or waiting til the updated version, 6620 (i think) comes out. Wack a 512mb memory card in it mate, and you can store shite loads of your downloaded porn and home movies ;0 thats what most of the people i know use them for

have a butchers around the networks websites And see what they offer and what features they do etc
One thing though, when i was looking at contract i noitced that alot of them charge silly amounts for wap/gprs, which is a bummer especially when you have a java phone and your going to be downloading loads of games/ringtones etc. Thats another advantage fot the genie PAYG, its free wap/grs
Also, pop down to your local phone place and have a chat with them and tell them what you want and see what they come up with. The Link, is a pretty good place and my nearest branch is very helpful and they know their shite - which always helps
One thing though mate, i would stay away from vodafone, my old dear is on it and shes getting ripped off big style. Shes paying 45 quid a month, and that gets her about 100 free minutes and thats about it.

true, but it offers offical mp3 support like my current 5510, unlike the 6600 which does offer it but via realplayer and you upload via bluetooth/datacable etc And it offer better battery times, which is always good
But yea, like yo usaid, not much difference...although i personally think the white case is better looking

Well im on t-mobile at the moment...
on the 300mins £29 contract and pay £10 for 200txt = £39 in total, I still have to be with them until october but was thinking about changing to the lowest tarif of £13.99 and then setting up a new contract with Orange/O2 etc.... as i need more txt but dont wanna pay more £'s.
You can get 200mins, 500txts. and 15pics for £33 on orange.....
Obviously for the first 5months i will still have to pay £13.99 to t-mobile but then can cancel that....
The other option is to wait till october and change then???

I was thinking about running 2contract....
Having the t-mobile one on the 750mins and 50txt evening and weekends for 13.99 a month
and having o2 200minc and 500txt xnet anytime £30 a month.
But in october get rid of the t-mobile one or maybe keep it who knows.....
All my fam are on t-mobile and usually ring them on a night coz im too lazy to go round.... so would defo use the mins.
Could then use the 02one if i need to ring mates etc... and for txtin.
What you think??
