Totally different car to the Scoob, more refined, more toys, less frantic. Not keen on the shape of the E36 myself but the E30 is lush

Just out of interest, what you looking to spend?

Not really, just look at the spec.

Having said that I've never driven a C43 AMG so can't comment conclusively on them.

What are they like to drive Jambo?

Not driven one myself my dad has both M3 and C43. And M3 SMG.

He hated the merc. His comments "not a proper drivers car" More about motorway cruising in comfort and pace me thinks.

Oh and dont touch M3 SMGs with a very long barge pole. Shit to drive awkwardsly made, and they have bad re-sale

I'm planning on an M3 Evo next year, was thinking Supra but I can't be arsed spending so much money on a Jap Turbo all over again. My 328 is really nice, the M3 should be more of the same just much faster. Perfect.

Hmmm decisions

Saw one at the weekend when I was in London - Blue M3 Convertible - was minted

Should get around 8k from selling my MR2 and 325i and then another 3/4k maybe to add to it, or is a scooby/Evo a better car????

You cant really say one is "better" Scoobies and evos are fast as fook but are liek sitting in an escort inside

Depends what your after! I liek scoobies and evo's, but id go with the M3 cos i like em more. Plus roof down in the summer is class

M3's are very nice cars, cant really comapre to Scooby etc as one is a luxury sports cruiser and the other is a tuned up road going rally car.

Personally i'd have an Evo or a WRX over an M3 but thats just my opinion as to me most BMW drivers = Wankers, thats just the image they get from the majority
