i drilled my airbox the other day and ive noticed that when i first start the car up and start to drive off it struggles quite bad and wont go over 3ooo without me puttin in the cluth and doing it that way.
any one else had these problems???

you can't reset an ecu it's a myth mate.i don't know who came up with that story about disconnecting the battery

give it a go, you have nothing to loose.
when i fitted my K+N my idling went up to 1200 rpm. thats well high. so i resetted the ecu after a day as it was doing me nut in and now idles at 8-900rpm

dont listen to that mate, dissconnect the battery for an hour or two and all the values in the ecu will be reset.
when you start it up again dont throttle it atall just let it sort itself out for a min or so.

leave ya battery negative disconnected for 1-2 hours then start it up and let it idle for about 5 mins DONT touch the throttle or nefing..it mite cough n splutter a bit but after about 5 mins it'll be fine...it shud take a week or 2 to settle down properly after that

ttt well its been pishin me off today when driving its alright after about 10 mins of driving but before that it doesnt.
