on me sri its in the pipe before it hits the manifold

Cheers mate...but have you got any pics. I just bought the car and the engine is in a bit of a state! I am having trouble locating stuff at the moment.

Its the sensor thats in the pipe between the air box and inlet manifold. Only one thing there, its like a probe, has 2 pins.

and if u pull the bugger out... its a git to put back in again
