u have to ring up to set up picture messages on most fones, so i'm saying yes, read in the phones manual, shud tell u there

ill call them tomorrow then, the manual isnt very good, ive got the Motorola V300

check the t-mobile website they may tell u on there, thats how i found out how to set my fone up but i'm on shitty Orange
