From the eBay home page www.ebay.co.uk follow this path to reach the two payment links above:
click on the HELP box outlined in black at top right hand section of Home page
click on My Account
click on My Seller's Account
click on Account Status to check your account activity and present balance;
click on Invoicing and Payments, then
click on Paying eBay by Check or Money Order, to print and mail in a coupon with your payment,
or click on Paying by Credit Card then click on onetime credit card payment to make an on-line payment from either your bank account or from your credit card.
I paid of this amount end of last year  and eBay have sent this through to NCO within the last 2 weeks! WTF?? My account is well in credit, and I've not long since bought 2 things off ebay!
Made me laugh, I rang up NCO they were all bitch so I just forwarded my email from PayPal which was the receipt for this, aswell as a screenshot of my ebay account details (well, the balance n shit) so if they carry on bitchin I'll just tell them to GTF!

They use NCO for debt collecting - I've delt with them before, and this was another 'im in credit wtf is this' case...
When I see NCO for some reason I think of waste-processors n all as the local council use a company called NCO to empty the rubbish bins!
