I've done that quite a few times - I smashed up about 6 working computers once in rage... also broke a hammer doing it but it was all fun

i usually go for a drive seems to calm me down to i get sum fuck up cut me up...i do av a fast temper tho..usually lose most my anger on footy pitch

ive put windows thru in my house and my bedroom door is often bein repaired...notice how most of ur anger is also based on GIRLS!

i go for a drive when im angry otherwise ill end up punching the wall or something.
it calms me down, but i always end up ragging my car when im angry when normally i take it easy when im driving
