could someone please let me know if this would work!!!

i have a Rockford Fosgate 360a2 amp...... (360W @ 4ohm)

and MB quart PDW 254 sub......(2 x 4ohm)

would these match??

i thought a sub with dual 4 ohm would only run properly with 2 or 8 ohm stable amp but i am unsure!!!

anyone????
