start of night, cant go wrong with jimmyz, offshore, quilted camel, chase, etc, then the likes of sea etc are good, but id recommend going up the bigg market to yell, pop, etc then to the gate for mood and sam & jacks. cant stay at quayside all night, its boring

like Lynny, I dont like Baja either. Sea is equally as cack.
We usually start off at the Quayside bars then work our way up to the Bigg Market. Blu Bambu is the best nightclub IMO. Mood in The Gate isnt bad either.
Extortionate prices on Saturday nights though...

Depends on what kind of night out you want. Classier bars down the Quayside not as many dickheads. The Bigg Market is a bit more Lively but can end up being a 'pint for a fight' night as it's where Newcastle chav element tend to go. The Gate's not bad bit out the way had a few good laughs up that way.
As long as you stay well clear of the Boat (Tuxcedo Princess) and Baja you'll have a cracking night
P.S. If you would like a guided tour I'm sure I could arrange a few guides

Yes Sam & Jacks is probably one of my favourite bars at present. We tend to start at the gate then down the Quay

The good thing about Newcastle everything is walking distance. I'd start on the Quayside if I were yous, either that or in The Gate and work your way down to the Quayside

The Quayside is probably better music wise, although Beyond in the Gate plays good music but its very snobby and expensive. Sam & Jacks (at the Gate) is definately the sort of bar that suits a Hen night imo
