Oops, yeah used to be well into mountain biking but only really started riding again this year, got a Cannondale F400 at the minute

My mates got one of those water packs and he rates them, haven't had any first hand experiance of them though

they are normally around 30 notes but ive some where that is flogging them for £20!

Depends where you ride... And when you ride... At this time of year you need one of them water packs cos its pretty hot, nad you don't wanna be riding about getting dehydrated, can hurt a fair bit. I got 1 for when I go freeriding in France, have to fill 'em upin the morning and at lunchtime sometimes, cos it gets so hot there!

used to ride quite often but since becomming a lazy-ass I kinda let my bike rust up...

I really should get it all sorted & cleaned up for when I go the IOM next month to help me get around!
