i like foam/cotton, mainly because there nice a bouncy and they will always go back to shape when you move about. Although i have a feather pilliow also underneath (for no reason )....worst has to be the duck shite my old dear has, feathers get everywhere and when your sleep you get stabbed in the face with the ends of the feathers sticking out

Cotton are ok, not the comfiest tho...

Foam ones are shite - I've got one atm & its leakin lil foam bits everywhere
