hey guys i got some JL audio components and im having trouble basically i had them installed and running well on bout 17-19 volume, then something happened and im getting mass static after bout 13 volume its some savage crackling!!! it only happend when the ignition is on, i can hvae the power on and wack them up and its fine

so yer any ideas?

are they running off an amp? if they are have you checked the earth is on bare metal? not a painted surface
