You're partly right it is infact the Wu Tang Clan taken from their First Album 'Enter The Wu-Tang (36 Chambers)' track 9 if you want to check it out, however there is a version on Tical

tical holds the better version imo

that album is the best thing to cxome outta the wu tang clan, they suck a fat one now i reckon, so does method man,, he lost it around '96

Yeah is a good album but GZA's 'Liquid Swords' and Raekwon's 'Only Built 4 Cuban Linx' are probably my favourite solo Wu Tang albums. Totally agree though all of them lost the plot, haven't got any time for there more recent stuff
